I FINALLY got a hand stand push up! So excited!!!
Today’s workout was “Annie”. 50, 40, 30 20 & 10 double unders and sit ups. My time 7:14 and my abs feel as if they have been ripped in half. But on the upside, I did beat my husband’s PR by 15 seconds. I count that as a win 🙂

My suspension trainer finally arrived, and I love it! I went with the Jungle Gym XT instead of TRX because it was so much cheaper and I like the handles better. I’m using Kai Wheeler’s workout video to familiarize myself with the movements (she makes it look easy, but every muscle in my body is on fire).
