We discovered Isagenix a few years ago and that program pretty much changed our lives, so we’ve stuck with it. We had used protein shakes in the past, but didn’t realize how scary the protein industry was until we started researching Isagenix– a lot of protein powders not only contain less protein than they say they do, but they also contain some pretty harmful ingredients.
